Piano Rental. Hickies offer a variety of rental pianos: Student, Professional, Grand and Digital. At Hickies there's no long-term obligation - after your initial six month rental period, you can continue renting on a month-to-month basis.

Piano ‘Rent to Buy’ Option.

If you have always wanted a piano or you would like your children to learn but are worried about making an investment until you are sure that piano lessons are the right choice, then take advantage of Hickies "rent to buy" option. You can rent a good quality upright piano or digital piano to meet your needs.

"I wanted my child to have the opportunity to learn the piano. The initial cost of buying it was the main reason for putting it off was the cost of purchasing it and not knowing whether he would continue. I believe that every child should be able to learn to play a piano or any other instrument" – Amanda Donaldson.

The particular advantage of the ‘rent to buy’ option is that it allows you to hire a good quality instrument, for a small monthly payment, without a big initial outlay. This means that you are able to try out the piano before committing. Once you have passed the minimum rental period, you can either continue to rent the piano, buy a piano or just simply return the piano. If your piano needs any repairs whilst on rental, a technician will come out to fix the problem with no charge.

If you decide to buy a piano within the first 6 months, all the rental you have paid will be taken off the original price of the piano. There is no charge for collection or delivery.

Piano rental costs range from £29.99 for a digital piano and £45.00 for an acoustic piano per month.

How much do I have to pay initially?
The first months rental and refundable deposit of two months rental. (Includes all local standard delivery and collection charges )
 

How can I pay?
By Standing Orders.
 

What identification is required?
Copy of either your passport or driving licence
Original utility bill.

 There are no hiddden extras, the rental includes delivery, collection and a piano stool. (Acoustic pianos must be on the ground floor and subject to access)
